		Drums of Polynesia will bring the taste of the South pacific with gourmet regional foods, heightening cultural awareness through our shows, foods and services while maintaining authenticity. Drums of Polynesia continue to give great Aloha pleasure to create Hawaiian Food, or a Luau menu to serve wonderful and timeless dining experiences. Your menus can be created in a variety of styles; choose from tropical cocktails and savory hors d'oeuvres to an exotic dinner luau feast. We are happy to coordinate and of your rentals for you. Our event planning staff will meet with you, at your venue if possible, to discuss your menu selections as well as your full rental needs. It is our pleasure to bring you the most exotic and authentic Polynesian experience shy of a visit to the Islands! Mmmmm can you taste it already.... We take care of everything for you.

Mai-Tai, Pina Colada, Premium Cocktails, Wine, Beer, Sodas & Juices

Each Open Bar packages includes all beverage related equipment such as ice, plastic cups, straws, napkins and fruit garnishes.

Sales tax of 6% and service charge of 18% will be added to the above prices.

If you choose the Open Bar Option your guests may be greeted by our sarong clad maidens with a lei and a Pina Colada or Fresh Rum Punch. Silk leis are $4.00 each and orchid leis are $15.00 each. Drinks can also be served in a fresh pineapple or coconut for $5.00 each.

This is the ONLY way to begin your festivities and open your buffet – delicious, fresh from the pit, steaming, smelling and looking GREAT! Includes: — Live drummers as pig is unearthed. — Pig on decorated presentation tray. — 2 warriors carrying pig. — Conch shell blows as pig is placed.
